How many times DID he say "My friends?" If I'd had strong drink I'd have been doing shots. It's a personal thing, but whenever someone says "My Friends" I tend to hear "My Suckers."
Other than that, I agree with others, fairly dull, but with a few welcome specifics about health care and economic policies.
